Reception
Reception open on a 24-Hour Basis.
Guest Services
Air-conditioning / Heating
Each room is equipped with an air conditioning unit individually regulated.
Possibility of choosing pillows

Doorman service
Housekeeping Service:
Daily and evening housekeeping service.
Housekeeping > 6 times per week except of Sundays.
Rooms are cleaned and tidied up daily until 16:30. Towels are changed every 3 days and Bed linens every 2 days.
According to the Ecological Program that our hotel follows if you want your towel to be changed often please let them on the floor of your bathroom.
Please do not remove the towels of your room. The Room Towels are not for pool or for beach use.
For beach towels you may apply at the Reception.
Change of towels upon request at the Reception.
Check in time:
Check in time is at 15:00a.m
Departure
Check-out time is at 11:00. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact our Reception for further info.
Concierge Services:
For any assistance with car / motorbike rental, boat rental, excursions and other arrangements, feel free to contact our Front Desk.
Credit Cards
The hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. For other credit arrangements, please contact our Reception.
Cribs and Cots:
Subject to limited numbers, cots and cribs are available. Please inform our Front Office.
Dining
Breakfast, snack lunch, and dinner are served in the hotel‟s indoor open air restaurant. Breakfast buffet is served from 07:30 to 10:00
Lunch is served from 13:30 to 15:00 and Dinner buffet is served from 19:30 to 21:30
There are 2 Bars located nearby the hotel’s main outdoor pool, also serve beverages and operate daily from 11:00 to 00:00 (Tropical Shisha Bar) & 17:30 to 01:00 (Open Sky Roof Top Bar). The above are the operating hours of the bars out of the All Inclusive Schedule.
Please note that food safety and sanitation regulations prohibit the removal of any food items from the hotel’s restaurant. We kindly ask for your compliance. Please remember that wasting food is an insult to humanity.
Supply of meals at the hotel in collaboration with a nearby restaurant.

Internet:
We are happy to offer Free Wireless High-Speed Internet Access throughout the hotel! You can access the internet by entering your email address after signing into the “AMNISSOS HOTEL” network.
Fair and sensible usage policy applies. Internet speed is dependent on overall usage.
Please note that due to the island‟s infrastructure and the increase in visitors during the months of July and August, slower internet speeds may be experience during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Wellness Program:
3 times a week, there is an educational wellness program for adults and Kids by professional gymnasts.
the main goal of the hotel is the guests recreation and entertainment combined with a quality fitness program by professional trainers.
At the hotel there is not animation team & program.
Weekly at the “Open Sky” Roof top bar organized, Karaoke Nights & Events with Saxo and Greek Forklore music with dancers.
Luggage:
Luggage transport service
In case you have a late departure from the island we will be happy to assist with storing your luggage at the hotel’s luggage room.
Maintenance:
If something is not in working order, please inform our Front Office.
Parking:
“Amnissos Hotel” guests can park free of charge in the “Public Parking Area” which is located next to the west entrance of the hotel.
There is a Charger with an extra charge for Electric cars at the entrance as well.
Room Key:
For your own safety please notify the Front Office immediately in case you lose your key. Always lock the door when leaving your room. The management is not responsible for the loss of money or any personal items.
The loss of the key may have an extra financial burden.
Safety Deposit Box:
A safe deposit box is provided free of charge in our reception. Amnissos Hotel is not responsible for any valuables left in your room.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located next to the restaurant and is provided for the enjoyment of our guests. Hours are from 07:30 to 19:00. Children must be accompanied by their parents.
Please familiarize yourself with the safety rules.
For safety reasons, no glass is allowed around the pool area. All beverages must be consumed in plastic or paper containers.
Transfers:
Taxi Service.
“Amnissos Hotel” is happy to offer a transfer to the port in Rethymno Town. A 24-hour notice is required and can be arranged with the Front Desk.
Club Car.
The hotel has a 6 seats Club car which may transfer you to the beach (upon request at the reception).
Kind Advice:
Please switch off lights and A/C when leaving your room.
General Information
Banks:
Banking hours are generally Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:00 with banks located in Rethymno Town. ATM machines are also located in ……Rethymno Town in addition to the towns of Chania and Heraklion.
Drinking Water:
The tap water on the island of Crete is potable. As it is high in mineral content, visitors may prefer to use bottled water for drinking.
